According to I Corinthians 3:2-3; we should be on the Milk until there is no more jealousy and/or envy in the Church. How long do you think that will be? It is a strict point of focus. Whatever we all focus our hearts on is what we will become. Out of the heart are the issues of life. If all our hearts are focused on Jesus there will be no more division in the body. No more room for nasty sense knowledge, reasoning away the basic structure of Christianity itself.

There is ONE supreme point of reference in which Jesus is using to build His Church. ONE point and ONE point alone. That's it. It's simple. It's basic. It is the ABC's of growth in the language of God and all the language of God. ONE WAY! ONE TRUTH! ONE LIFE!

One God, One language, One Alphabet and that is Jesus. As we can clearly see from this verse alone that God, the only God, is making a point to His pre-eminence, His existence as the ONLY ONE TRUE GOD. And not only that, but there is ONLY ONE TRUE LORD (or as Letters To Street Christians has translated it: "One Real Leader"), the Lord Jesus Christ. And that is exactly what Jesus said He was building His Church on. That revelation and that revelation, alone.

O.K. so with ONE GOD, and ONE LEADER, then why are there so many differing opinions, so many various doctrines, so many different teachings in the Church today? Why are we speaking so many different languages to each other? Why are there so many different kinds of Alphabets from which to choose? If there is only ONE Jesus Christ building His Church why isn't there any agreement? I don't know, maybe some are trying to build their church without Him?

Maybe some are just feeding your ears with a bunch of polite rhetoric to ease your mind and heart. Maybe some just want to casually reach in your pocket and take your money. I don't know. It was happening when Jesus was around, it was happening when Peter and Paul were around, and they all warned us that it would be happening after they left. You know what? They were right. Hey, It's the Word and it is no lie!

There is just too much information readily available to everyone and without a sure, solid, foundation of TRUTH we will never be able to figure out what is good and not good, what is right and what is not right. what is truth and what isn't truth. Too much information serves only to pose unending questions and stir up controversy that is not very conducive, and never will be, to solid Christian growth in this age or any other.

All this information builds a knowledge base "about" God and works directly in opposition to KNOWING GOD and our Lord Jesus Christ. Listen, if you could just learn one thing, and be absolutely sure of it, than nothing could detour you from the TRUTH of it, right? Nothing could make you believe in something contrary to it, could it? No matter how much information there was or is given "about" it! Right? If you know who you are and who your parents are, nobody can change that, right? That is the most essential knowledge you have, isn't it? Well isn't it, I'm asking? I mean once you know who you are then no one can take that away from you can they? They might be able to take everything else you own or have accumulated in your life; but they can never have your identity can they? Think man, think. Do you understand what I am saying? Do you understand the importance of it in relation to the Gospel of Jesus Christ?
