What things did He have to say to them that they couldn't bear? Why did they have to wait for the Holy Spirit to come? Because the Holy Spirit was and is the Spirit of Truth sent to reveal the things Jesus had done for us after He died on the cross. The things we can't see with our physical senses because His true work was in the realm of the spirit, not the flesh. The Holy Spirit came to reveal to our hearts the real reason He came. His work upon the cross, His death, His burial, His resurection and His acension, along with His current work seated at the right hand of the Father. All those things that happened from the cross to the throne can only be revealed to our spirit by His spirit. These are the things the world cannot see and as such cannot accept. They do not have the provision of the spirit provided by the Father to show these things accomplished in the spirit. The showing forth of the accomplishment of the seed sent forth. You see, they couldn't bear it now because it hadn't been accomplished yet. Only the Holy Spirit can reveal the things of the spirit to us. He will glorify Jesus, for He will take all of what Jesus had done for us in the realm of the spirit and show it unto us. He will show us the things that were to come. The things Jesus needed to do as a seed in order for us to absorb His Life. He, the Spirit of Truth is sent to us to show us the things that we couldn't see happening in the realm of the spirit. These are the most important things, the most essential things, these things of God are the nutrients within the milk which give us life and causes us to grow. These things are the things we can't experience with our senses.
These are the things which require the spirit of God to show us. These are things which make us grow true and strong in Him. These are the things that He is. These are the things that He has done. These are the things that show us who we are in Him. These are the things that show us Christ and Him crucified for us. In The Promised Land flowing with that Milk and Honey. Everything that Jesus did was for us through the Father in order for The Father to have what He always wanted, a Family. So that He could reproduce after His kind; exactly like everything He has ever created. It is quite simple and easy to understand. It is not hard and complicated like some would make it out to be. It is God reproducing Himself in us. We need to learn of Him our new identity, so that nothing that comes against us will move us. So that when the winds blow, and the storms come, they can have everything except who we are. |
