If he can stop us from finding out these FACTS then he is forestalling the inevitable and taking Christians captive by his will. If we would just major these simple little truths and forget everything else our growth would be in leaps and bounds. God would be able to use us for His glory and not for our "ministry". Think about it, who doesn't want us to know these things? ACTS 19:13-15

13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
Look at this. Look at the question that evil spirit asked them, the seven sons of Sceva. What was the question? WHO ARE YOU? I know Jesus, and I know Paul, now who are you? Geez, you mean he didn't want to know the things I learned about healing the last three Sundays? NO. Well what about that exegetical study in Romans every Wednesday night, we're all the way to the eighth chapter? NO. Maybe he would like to know about the Friday night prayer school, I have been attending? NO. O.K., doesn't that evil spirit want to know about the gifts of the Holy Spirit I have been studying, on my own, for a couple of weeks now? NO. All that evil spirit wanted to know was who they thought they were to command him like that. All that thing wanted to know was who they were. That's it. That's all there is. It is the only question that counts, the only thing that really matters. You see, if you know this, all the other things of God fall into place; faith, prayer, the gifts of the Spirit, healing, prosperity etc. When you stand before God on the judgment day, He will have one question for you which is: Who are you? Are you my Son, or are you not? You better know. So why not know now? Why not take the time to find out who you are, what He has done for you, and who He is, in you? Why not get developed in the Word of God and be established with your identity in Him? Can you see this? Are you realizing the importance of it yet? Do I need to go on? Christianity is not a religion of what you know about Christ. Christianity is not a religion of how much you know about Christ or the Bible. Christianity is not a religion of theology, exegetics, homiletics, hermeneutics, apologetics, bible numerics or any other type of "tics". Christianity is not a religion. Christianity is a relationship. Pure and simple. Tried and true. Christianity is nothing else. It is who you know, not who you know about. Christianity is a relationship between you and your creator. THIS RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPS WHEN WE FIND OUT
