Some of the knowledge we have gained and are gaining as Christians is not vital information needed to grow, and I sincerely hope we realize this. It is not the massive amounts of information we have that makes or changes us into more mature individuals, as Christians.

Rather, it is the quality of the information we have, internally as opposed to externally, that makes us grow up into mature Christians. It is the literal Milk of the heart, which gets at the root cause and changes us. Not cumulative knowledge of the head, the mind.

It is the knowing of God...

from the heart and not from the head or senses which is the mark of true fellowship with Him and with His people.

Have we been so focused on the "effects" of God that we really haven't learned or met the real person of God, yet?

Do we seek to know so much "about" Him that we have actually gotten lost, when it comes to just knowing Him?

The supreme focus of our lives should be Jesus Christ and Him crucified, everything else is just "effect". This and this alone is real Christianity. Christianity changes a man from the inside out, not from the outside in.

Christianity deals with the actual root of the problem, the cause of a corrupted heart and not just what we see on the outside. This is the reality of the Christian faith. God is a God of the heart and He knows, above all, that is where the problem started, and there is only where it will be fixed. Endeavoring to address the problem in any other way, shape or form, is just putting off the inevitable.

OUR FATHER LOVES US
HE DOES KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR US
HE KNOWS THAT WE NEED MILK TO GROW
HE KNOWS WHAT THAT MILK IS
HE HAS GRACIOUSLY GIVEN IT TO US
ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL THAT WE CAN ASK OR THINK

He wants us to know that everything is alright, that everything will be fine, if you just trust IN HIM. If we would just put our life in His hands, just let go of all our "effects" and let Him deal with the "cause", we would see a change such as never before known. Beloved Brethren if we would just come to Him and give up ourselves. Give up our lives to Him completely, wholly, sacrificially, without hesitancy; He will see that we are transformed from the inside out. He is well able to handle the job, let Him.

Let Him come in and revamp your life.
Let Him come in and take care of that precious heart that He Himself created.
Let Him come in and see where it hurts.
Let Him come in and see all of it, so He can mend all of it.

He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up all their wounds, so that one could never tell they were even hurt. God doesn't leave scars and His healing power is here to help at all times, in all situations and for all circumstances. Just allow Him the opportunity and He will fix what ails you, one time for all time IN CHRIST.

I CORINTHIANS 1:30, 31
(KJV)
30 BUT OF HIM ARE YE "IN CHRIST JESUS", who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
(The Living Bible)
For it is from God alone that you have your life through Christ Jesus. He showed us God's plan of salvation; he was the one who made us acceptable to God; he made us pure and holy and gave himself to purchase our salvation. As it says in the Scriptures, "If anyone is going to boast, let him boast only of what the Lord has done."
(Cornish)
For in Christ Jesus your being comes from him, not from the world, and he is your wisdom, your righteousness, your cleansing and your redemption coming to you from God alone, from Him apart from all else, in order that as Jeremiah says, 'He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord'
(Way)
And so, not from man, but from God do you draw your life in Messiah Jesus – In Jesus who became for us God-given wisdom, our righteousness, our consecration, our ransom so for us is fulfilled that scripture, 'He that triumpeth, let him triumph in the Lord'
(Johnson)
but God Himself has placed you in a relationship with Christ who is our source for everything—wisdom, right relations, wholeness, and ultimate fulfillment. As the record states: "So if you must be proud, be proud of you relationship to him."
