DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE? Do you know all the things God has done for you? Do you know He reproduced Himself in you? Shouldn't you know who you are? Without any doubt whatsoever? Shouldn't you be finding out who you are? Who He is and What He has done for you? Do you know who you are? This is the sincere Milk, the Milk of His Life, the Milk of His Word, the Milk of His language, the eternal Milk of growth and strength. This is that which will never be taken away once learned. Once absorbed it becomes a very part of your nature, it becomes who you are, what you are, where you are, when you are, how you are, why you are, all you are. This is where the truth is, this is the sure Foundation, this is the Rock, this is the revelation of everything you need to know and upon which no other thing needs to be built. Nobody can call you anything else like a fireman, a truck driver, or a police man; NO! you are IN CHRIST, built up in Him, rooted IN HIM, and growing IN HIM to a perfect man entirely complete in the full knowledge of these truths. IN HIM. COLOSSIANS 2:9-10

Focus your attention on Christ, whose life fully reveals the nature of God, and you will find fulfillment through your relation to Him, for he has authority over all earthly powers

The plain truth is, the fullness of the Godhead is embodied in the Person of Christ! When you received the Person of Christ you were joined to that same fullness! Therefore your own spiritual makeup is now full. You are complete in Christ, the Fountain from which all authority and power proceeds.

For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead), continues to dwell in bodily form-giving, complete expression of the divine nature. And you are in Him, made full and have come to fullness of life —in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and reach full spiritual stature. And he is the head of all rule and authority of every angelic principality and power
This is God speaking His language to us. He is telling us all about Himself and all about ourselves in HIM. If there is someone telling you something different than what you are reading; hearing and seeing in this; than he is lying to you. Everything God has invested in Christ He did for us; so that He could have not one, but many, sons. Get it. Got it. Believe it. Do it. Christ was the first, we are the second, and we follow in his footsteps after His pattern, in the shape of His mold. As He was lacking nothing of Deity, neither are we IN CHRIST, we just haven't found out who we really are, IN HIM. That is the MILK, and it sure is good! Imagine living your whole life and not knowing who you are. Not knowing where you came from and where you live. That is called darkness. God pulled us out of the dark and into the light, now receive the light. Christ was crucified for that and that purpose alone, so we could give God the glory He deserves. |
