Through the time of the "learning curve", as it was called, we were not allowed to make any changes on that machine without first getting approval from those they had brought in to train us. "Subject Matter Experts", they were called. They were the best of the best the company had, hired specifically to train us at that facility. Virtually hundreds of years of cumulative experience were brought in to make sure that we were learning the right way, doing things the right way, saying things the right way.

They were put there to make sure that the terms we were using were all the same and to make sure that the
definition of those terms were the same, and understood as the same, by all, each and every one. We would go over them and over them, "ask questions for clarity" was a phrase used quite often during those weaning times. We were gradually and slowly allowed onto the work area, onto the manufacturing floor. It was a process of precept upon precept, line upon line, and this is the operation of a company non-Christian in its background. They knew how to do things correctly in a step-by-step process, a method that was refined over a hundred years of being in business.

They wanted this project to be as successful, if not more so, than any other project they had envisioned. It was three to five years in the development stages alone.

Anyway, getting back to the actual work, we were eventually let on the floor full time and by that time we were more than ready. We were way too over anxious to show all involved how much we had learned and how much we knew. Through much failure and many hard times the company began to see light after three years of "runtime". This, in the course of things, was what they had predicted and expected.

It was from this that I learned the extreme importance of communication, of words and their individual definitions. In addition, the critical view which we have of those definitions and their particular meanings in each of our lives. If two people are to be united in purpose and function they must first, of necessity, completely agree in their understanding of certain key words.

In the same way, God, our Father, knows the importance of us all learning the same things, the same way. We can never experience God's best for our lives until we know exactly what He is saying to us. It is in the Word we get true definition for all we are and all He is, without which we would be a people scattered.

The Heart Cry of the Father in these days is:
ONE OF UNITY ~ ONE OF HARMONY ~ ONE OF ORDER ~ ONE OF INDIVISIBILITY

He is calling for His people to come together and learn to speak the same things, to know the same definitions of the words we are using, so we can fulfill His purpose in the earth.

Think a minute of the glory there would be to have all the Christians fundamentally sound in the basics of the Christian Faith. For us to "be completely united, with only one thought and on purpose". "All together you should be achieving a unity in thought and judgment".

O.K., now how would you get there? Seriously, I am asking you personally, here and now. Think about it. Do you know? Have you ever even thought about it? What would be the process by which you would achieve total harmony of purpose in any group of people? Think about it, seriously. How would you do it?

First, you would have to know we all knew the same things, right? Then you would have to make sure we all spoke the same way, in the same language, the same vocabulary; with the same understanding of the words we use, right? How can we do this in the world today? With so many different languages spoken, so many different types of careers, it would be virtually impossible to do it as they did at Babel.
