This is what we need to learn from God at that moment for that particular time. As we learn to abide in Him through that Word spoken to our hearts we get to know Him more intimately and more personally. Isn't that what we desire? That is what He desires. This is where we develop true confidence in our relationship with Him. When this confidence comes then we are growing and He is able to use us. It is this growth we are all looking for isn't it? The renewal of the mind in soul salvation that brings us closer to Him in every way. We learn through this anointing how to continually abide in Him and as we do we are transformed by that Life; that divine nature in us. We start to learn to live in and through Him and our minds begin to be changed to His mind. We gain confidence in the heart knowledge we have received from Him and we know that we know Him personally. This is the wisdom of God which no one can take away from us. Our souls will take on the life of God and start to transmit it to our bodies and we will literally radiate the very Life and Light of God. If your eye is single the body is full of light and that eye is the eye of your soul focused on Jesus, abiding in Him, in "all things". That is the confidence we will have when He comes, we will know Him, because we have known Him here. From within the realm of the spirit. Dear brethren, if we know Him when He gets here we have nothing to hide, we will "have an open countenance". This is what I desire above all else. When I see Him I will be like Him. Confident, unashamed, ready to meet Him when He gets here. Ever living to learn from Him the things and all the things He would have me to know of Him. The wisdom of the world can't bring me to Him. Only by His grace have I been saved and His grace alone will lead me to a fuller knowledge of Him and so change me into the person He would have me to be, a GodMan, here on earth. |
