Some might say that after I had heard enough of the Word, and received enough of it to work I got saved.

How much of any one Word of God is God?
One Word of God is all of God.

If it is God speaking that Word to our spirits, right?

Think it out. Think it through. Don't just listen to me.
Think it out for yourselves.

All I'm saying is God works from the inside out,
NOT the outside in.

If He worked from the outside in,
then why don't people believe when they see someone get healed?...When they see a miracle?

Because God does not work through the five physical senses (sense knowledge).

That is why miracles and outward manifestations do not save people only the Word does, because the Word works from the inside, to affect a change in our hearts.

Anyone ever feel like they are wading upstream in a mud bog about three feet deep? Just thought I'd ask.

If miracles and manifestations did work, then why did they crucify Christ?

If any one should have believed it would have been those people. They saw enough of the physical manifestations of God to last three life times. No, the Word comes from the inside out, when God speaks to our heart, through the avenue of the Spirit.

Are we getting anywhere here, or what? Man, come on, think this one out. I know we've been told different in the past, but that doesn't mean we don't need anymore light, does it?

We haven't gotten to where we are going yet, have we?

Where are we going? Soul salvation. Mind Renewal.

How are we getting there? Methodically.

Depending completely on the Spirit of Truth to reveal it to our inner man. Who is taking us there? God. It is a flow of God, it is letting God flow. Out from the inside, because that is where He is. How is God going to get into you from the outside when He is inside? We all hear God speak on the inside, not the outside. He is a spirit and those that worship Him, hear Him, listen to Him, obey Him, do so from that realm of the spirit, and that is what is real, that is what and where truth is. It is God flowing from the inside out.

O.K., now, I believe I can continue.

Soul salvation is the transformation of the tangible substance of our souls into the image and likeness of Christ, flowing from our spirit, into our hearts and to our minds. It is that which allows the instantaneous flow of God to express Himself in and through us, totally. God speaks to our spirit, we believe in our heart, this flows out to our soul and we confess with our mouth, the complete interaction of spirit, soul and body.

That is soul salvation pure and simple. Nothing more, nothing less.

I liken it to wading into a stream. Once you step in, the stream bottom comes up and the water get especially muddy. Now, if you continue to walk downstream the water starts to clear up a little; although it depends on how far in towards the center of the stream you go.

Of course, this also depends on how fast the water is moving. As you continue walking, the further in towards the center you go, the stronger the current, the easier it is to walk with the flow, and the less noticeable disturbance there is at the bottom. I John 1:7 says: "If we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin."

Soul Salvation. Flowing with Milk and Honey. Now, try doing the same thing, only upstream. Hard work isn't it; you never seem to get anywhere do you. Always stirring up the stuff on the bottom and causing more of a problem than we had when we started. Sort of like changing a man from the outside in. We need transformation, not conformation.
